Returns & Exchanges

At SaturdayClub International, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SaturdayClub account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
